May turned out to be a month of shooting significant houses. The first two photos, of a house on the American River Bluffs, for Interior Designer Linda Kleeman, a very comfortable Tahoe style home with a hint of the old Weinstock house.
Next, a remodeled bathroom with the tub sunk into the floor, in a home in Serrano by Cindy Garten, (imagine the excavation that required….).
Then on to the wilds of Amador county for a Japanese inspired house with some incredible workmanship and attention to detail, by Pam Whitehead and Paul Almond of Sage Architecture.
Then in Camino, a hill top home by Prentiss Architects in Seattle. The owners were in the lumber business and had reclaimed some timbers to use for the first home on this site, which was replaced by the current home, (3rd set of 3 photos) using some of the wood for the 3rd time!
And finally, 3 more photos of a Linda Kleeman project in the Promentory neighborhood in El Dorado Hills. Another view home with Folsom lake the dominant sight.
So with that under my belt, I’m off to Paris for my 20th anniversary in June….CALL ME late june, I’m going to have some humoungous Visa bills! And be very motivated to work!
